• It is the mission of R.M.I. to provide high quality assistance to people in our operating area to purchase their first home. We will work to enable homeowners to keep their home. We will also work to help the homeless find shelter; those seeking rentals find a home and help clients with credit, debt, budget, and financial counsel. We will accomplish this by educating, encouraging, and enabling those who pursue their dream. We will work through partnerships with lender, builders, government agencies, insurance agents, appraisers, home inspectors, and other related real estate professionals to provide affordable housing solutions. We will seek to fulfill our mission realizing that our strength to achieve it comes through Jesus Christ. We are a ministry of “helps” in support of the church to fulfill its commission.
Purpose Statement:
• It is our purpose to glorify God and Jesus Christ, His son, in all that we do. We are working toward getting those committed clients who want to own their own home into it. Our efforts will be to educate our clients, counsel them and assist them to get their own affordable home and continue to keep it. We will collaborate with those real estate professionals who can help our clients obtain home ownership at the best interest and charges available.
Our Goals:
• To enable every person in our area who pursues home ownership to fulfill that dream.
To educate, encourage and provide materials to those who don’t think they can own their own home helping them to realize they can.
To conduct seminars, workshops and individual sessions in churches, community buildings and our office to assist people achieve their Home Ownership dream.
To provide counsel, advice and resources to keep their home from foreclosure. Also we plan to be a resource for those seeking reverse mortgages in our area.
To develop a manual and other related materials demonstrating the financial teachings of Jesus to help individuals find financial freedom.
We recognize that our abilities, wisdom and strength to achieve these goals are through Jesus Christ and Him alone.
